So... Here Fargo is, trying to be all hip/metro/cosmo and urbanly reborn/revitalized. And now it's hip to work here. What about those of us who already live and work here? We can't all extort our families into buying us the newest hip condo on the block.

Give it a few years and downtown Fargo will be a beautiful hip little ghost town.
